Placing Your Order

You may place your order either through our online store or by email.

Submitting your order through our online store is definitely the quickest way to receive your order, with the help of our easy-to-use, inventory-controlled, automatic shopping cart system. You will notice as you shop our store that we conveniently display how many items we currently have in stock of every product we carry and we clearly indicate if any items are sold out. If you wish to order an item that is currently sold out or you want to order more of a particular item than we have in stock, feel free to email us your request and we`ll see what we can do for you! In addition to the benefits of using our inventory-controlled shopping cart system, orders placed through our online store and paid for immediately through our PayPal invoicing system, can be processed immediately and will usually ship the next business day.

You may also place your order via email. This might be necessary if you are experiencing technical difficulties with our shopping cart for example. In any case, if you submit an order via email and a requested item is currently sold out, we will let you know as soon as possible so that you may adjust your order. Once your order is finalized, we will total it up, adding applicable taxes (if any) as well as shipping. You will then receive an invoice via PayPal.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via PayPal where you may use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card, or have your payment directly transferred from your bank account. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; it is not necessary to have an account with PayPal to use their services. When your payment transaction is completed, you will have the option of opening up an account with them if you choose to, then you will be redirected to RaspBaby. Please note that if a Paypal eCheck is used, your order will be shipped once your eCheck has cleared - this usually takes 4-8 business days.

Payments are due within 48 hours. If payment for an order is not received within this time frame, your order will automatically be cancelled and all items will be returned to our inventory.
